A while ago, I was travelling by train when I found a book someone had left on their seat. In that book I found a poem by Greek poet Constantinos Cavafy: "Ithaca"
The poem and the circumstances under which it had fallen into my hands, inspired me to start a loose collection of visual explorations on concepts of travelling present within the western european cultural context.
